| This was another fairly easy project if
you are handy at refinishing wood products. It is basically the same procedure:
strip the wood using a heat gun and putty knife, coarse sand, fine sand, 2 coats
of Cetol lite, 3 coats of Cetol marine gloss, reinstall the hardware. It
was a major improvement for only a minor effort. |

| I use a line wrapped around the tiller
as a tiller tamer which allows me to go up on the deck while the boat is under
sail. Unfortunately, it creates some wear on the tiller when the rope slides
over it. I will be seeing if I can find something to prevent that from
happenning. |
